The health data you choose to log through your AI: foods and their nutrition, food logs, workouts, body metrics, DEXA scan values, and profile details you provide (units, dietary style, goals). Plus your account email and billing status.

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads inside the product, and we don't train models on your personal logs. Your AI (ChatGPT or Claude) processes your messages under its own provider's terms; ModerationOS only receives the structured results it sends us.

Everything is viewable, editable, and deletable from the dashboard. Deleting your account removes your data. You can revoke your AI's access at any time by regenerating the connector token.
